These sites are ideal if you are looking to park your RV for a little while or forever even. If you want to secure a long-term spot just ask. 

Dry Dock with water & sewer

This site is great if you want to park a camper or two  and/or a pod of tents. You still have water and sewer access as an option, just not electrical.  

Dry Dock without amenities

This site is perfect if you have a couple of cars or a smaller camper and are looking for the legitimate Boondocking experience. 

No matter what you need we can most likely accommodate. 

It doesnt matter if you want to stay for months through the winter, or a couple nights in the summer, or leave your camper here for years we can handle any one of these scenarios just contact us. 

Long Term Full Service

$300.00 per month
Or $3200.00 a year

Long term parking is available. This rate is calculated with YOU being responsible for the electric meter & propane tank

Includes water, sewer, garbage, & full electric hook-ups (30/50 amp services)+ 20 amp receptacles
Weekly is $175.00 per week. Long term is $550.00 per month.
$300.00 per month long-term with you responsible for the meter at your site. 
Fall/Winter: October 1 through April 1 it is $40.00 per day $185.00 per week $650.00 per month.
